He was previously a Senior Vice President in the Bank Development Group with SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc., where he was involved in raising capital for a number of banks.
Mr. Ingram has welth of professional investment and banking experience with specializations in such areas as bank funding, asset/liability management, mortgage and interest rate derivatives, and marketing private placements with such firms as Republic National Bank of Dallas, where he began his career, to First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse), Rauscher Pierce Refnes, Plains Capital Bank and Beal Service Corporation, a holding company operating two multi-billion dollar, multi-state banks, where he was responsible for funding strategy for hybrid portfolios of non-traditional assets.
He has placed over $2 billion dollars in securities in his career.
In service to the community, he was named a Hero for Children by the Texas State Board of Education and was conferred an Honorary Life Membership by the Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers for his years of outstanding volunteer service to Texas schools.
Mr. Ingram holds multiple securities licenses including the Series 7 and the Series 24 and 53 Principals licenses.
He received his BA and MBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
