Mr. Groves also spent time as Manager of Corporate Finance at Cardtronics, one of CapStreet's portfolio companies and an investment that he helped source and execute.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen in the corporate restructuring group.

in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors.
