Bryan Rupprecht

Before joining ORIX, Mr. Rupprecht spent four years in Merrill Lynch Capital’s healthcare finance practice, where he led a deal team that placed $2.2 billion of debt and equity financing to 29 healthcare companies.
Earlier, he was an associate, and later a vice president, at Heller Healthcare Finance (owned by GE Capital), where he underwrote, structured, and closed healthcare transactions.
Before that, he worked for the ProAction group, a Chicago consulting firm.
He began his investment banking career as a financial analyst in the Chicago office of Houlihan Lokey.
Mr. Rupprecht graduated with a BS in finance from Indiana University and earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
