Mr. LoDestro began his career in 1996 as a Marketing Specialist within Merrill Lynch’s Consulting and Advisory Services Group.
Mr. LoDestro moved over to PaineWebber from 1997 to 2000, first as a Sales Liaison on the unit investment trust sales and trading desk, and then as Associate Program Manager in their Consulting Group.
Mr. LoDestro joined CitiStreet in 2000 as Vice President of the Institutional Investment Services Group, and was responsible for the investments and client servicing for CitiStreet’s $3 billion proprietary mutual funds, CitiStreet’s $2.8 billion investment advisory programs and CitiStreet’s $4 billion open architecture mutual fund platform for institutional clients.
Mr. LoDestro joined Shikiar Asset Management Inc. in 2006.
He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts as well as the CFA Institute.
Mr. LoDestro received a BS in Business Administration from Bryant College and a MS in Banking and Financial Management from Boston University.
