While at AlixPartners, he received the firm’s 2007 Achievement in Excellence Award for outstanding client impact, M&A Advisor’s 2007 Industrial Turnaround of the Year for Solo Cup Company, and the Turnaround Management Association’s 2008 International Turnaround of the Year for Dana Corporation.
He joined AlixPartners after four years with management consultancy A.T.
Kearney LLP, where he similarly led numerous strategic and operations improvement engagements for Fortune and Global 500 companies.
Previously, Mr. Gaw held operations or technical positions with Crest Steel Corporation, Emerson Electric Company, and Kimberly-Clark.
Mr. Gaw received his Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.
