Principal PNB Asset Management Co. Pvt Ltd. (Principal PNB) is the India-based fund management joint venture sponsored by Principal Financial Services Inc. USA through their wholly-owned subsidiary Principal Financial Group (Mauritius) Ltd. and Punjab National Bank. Founded in 1994, Principal PNB is the investment manager for Principal Mutual Fund. They were the first private sector company to work with the Department of Postal Services to sell mutual funds through the postal network. Headquartered in Mumbai, India, with investor centers throughout the country, the firm manages funds for private, corporate and institutional clients.

SBI Funds Management Ltd. (SBIFM) is an independent India-based mutual fund management firm which was founded in 1992 as a joint venture between State Bank of India (63%) and Societe Generale SA (37%) in France. In 2009, Societe Generale and Credit Agricole SA merged their global asset management businesses, and in 2011, Amundi SA (owned 75% by Credit Agricole and 25% by Societe Generale) acquired Societe Generale's stake. L&T Investment Management Ltd. (L&T IM) is an investment management firm headquartered in Mumbai, India. The firm was founded in 1996 as DBS Cholamandalam Asset Management Ltd. They were acquired by L&T Finance in 2010 and renamed L&T Investment Management Ltd. In 2022, HSBC Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings Plc (LON: HSBA), acquired the firm. L&T IM manages the L&T Mutual Fund schemes for individual and institutional investors.
