Anish Patel

Anish is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in finance, capital management and risk management and compliance.
He has both domestic and international experience in the financial services industry.
He is a chartered accountant, trained with KPMG, both in Australia and the UK.
Anish has worked in a number of domestic blue chip corporates including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Westpac Banking Corporation, Homeloans Limited (financial services – retail banking and non-bank lending), and Dexus Property Group (Retail, Office and Industrial property).
His international experience includes Lloyds TSB Group plc (formerly HBOS plc and Halifax plc) and working for KPMG (UK) on cross border assignments in a diversity of sectors in audit, management consultancy, corporate finance and fraud / forensic accounting, with both public and private companies.
The roles Anish has held in financial services include GM Finance (Homeloans Limited), Executive Manager External Reporting and Credit Risk Metrics (CBA) and Director – Group Business Units (Westpac) These have entailed consolidated statutory, financial and management reporting, share services reporting and operational management, business partnering with a focus on budgeting and forecasting.
He has also held roles in capital management, risk and compliance management and data analysis and reporting.
