In 1995, Mr. Kyle lead a group of investors who capitalized MetroNet Communications Inc. He remained involved as President, then VP and General Manager of the Company as it completed its IPO in 1997.
Mr. Kyle returned to his passion of "start-ups" in 1999 coincident with the execution of a two stage transaction selling MetroNet to AT&T Corp.
for more than $7 billion.
Mr. Kyle is on the Board of Control-F1 Corporation and Electromec Manufacturing Solutions Inc. which are both based in Calgary, and is a Board Observer to Intelligent Photonics Control Corporation based in Ottawa.
