Andrew Lask

Mr. Lask joined Mercantile in December 2004.
He has assisted companies in the sale and acquisition of their business, obtained equity and debt financing, and provided workout services for troubled companies while working as an independent consultant for investment banking firms in Chicago and New York City.
Prior to working in the investment banking field, Mr. Lask spent seven years as the COO/CFO of a manufacturing company purchased out of bankruptcy in the packaging machinery industry in New York.
Mr. Lask is a licensed attorney in Illinois and a CPA.
He received a BS in accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1984 and his JD degree from Washington University, St. Louis in 1988.
