Mr. Alex R.
Moss is the Head of Global Property Securities Analytics at Macquarie Capital (Europe) Ltd.
He has over 30 years experience in real estate investment banking encompassing research, corporate broking, corporate finance and private equity.
He formed AME Capital in May 2002, and has created a database and proprietary quantitative model for filtering and analysing all listed real estate companies globally, using factors such as asset location, gearing, absolute and relative performance and yield.
Prior to forming AME Capital, Mr. Moss was an Extel-rated Research Analyst, and latterly a Corporate Financier at BZW (later CSFB) and Apax Partners &Co Capital .
