Alex Bosse

Alex Bosse joined Battle Group in 2018.
His efforts are focused on the firm’s investment activities, including investment sourcing and transaction execution, and ultimately supporting the growth, expansion and success of the firm’s portfolio companies.? Prior to joining Battle Group, Alex worked in the investment banking division of J.P.
Morgan in New York.
He focused on the valuation, due diligence, and execution of M&A advisory engagements, debt financing transactions, and equity capital funding for publicly traded and privately held companies.
Alex earned his BBA degree from the University of Georgia, where he graduated with First Honors, earning recognition as the top student academically in both the Terry College of Business and the broader graduating class.
Alex currently serves as a Director of Turbopower and Open Additive, and as a board observer of ARCTOS, Dynamic NC, and Metal Finishing Technologies.
Additionally, Alex serves on the board of the University of Georgia IFC Endowment.
