Alessandro Settepani

Mr. Alessandro Settepani is Country Head, Head of Business & Relationship Management Team at Fitch Italia SpA, Vissiting Professor at Liuc University Castellanza and Visiting Lecturer at SDA Bocconi Milano.
Prior to becoming Country Head for Italy, He spent 8 years in the analytical team.
He was Head of the Southern European Covered Bond team in London covering Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Greece for 3 years; previously to that he was Head of Fitch’s Italian structured finance group in Milan for 6 years.
Before joining Fitch in August 2002, Alessandro worked for 10 years as an officer in the banking supervision department at the Bank of Italy.
He specialized in the analysis and validation of market risk management systems and credit risk management systems of Italian banks Mr. Settepani holds a Laurea in Political Science from Università la Sapienza in Rome, Italy and an MSc in International Banking and Finance from the University of Reading, UK.
