Alejandro Reynoso

Dr. Reynoso joined BGI from the Mexican Stock Exchange where he was Managing Director for Corporate Strategy.
During his career, he held numerous positions in the public and private sector, including with the Mexican Ministry of Finance and the Mexican Central Bank as well as with such corporations as Grupo Televisa.
Dr. Reynoso is the author of many published papers and academic works on an array of economic and macroeconomic topics, and is a two-time recipient of Mexico's Banamex National Prize for Economics (1990, 2005).
Dr. Reynoso earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico and a Masters of Arts in Economics from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico and was a Fulbright Scholar while earning his Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
