Call2Recycle has diverted almost 40 million kilograms of batteries from Canadian landfills and meets or exceeds the most rigorous recycling standards for safe battery recycling and management. Founded in 1997, the Canadian company operates as a registered producer responsibility organization (PRO) in Ontario, Canada, and accepts household batteries for recycling, as well as e-transport batteries used to power e-bikes, e-scooters, e-skateboards, hoverboards, and electric vehicles (EVs).
