Aviva Investors Global Services Ltd. (AIGSL) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Aviva Investors Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by Aviva plc (LSE: AV, ADR: AV) in Great Britain. Previously known as Morley Fund Management Ltd., the firm was founded in 1973, merged with Norwich Union Investment Management Ltd. in 2000 and underwent restructuring in 2008. Headquartered in London, AIGSL provides investment management services and related advisory to various subsidiaries of the Aviva Group and external clients such as retail funds, pension funds, and other institutional investors.

BNP Paribas Asset Management Singapore Ltd. (BNPAM Singapore) is the Singapore-based investment management subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding SA, ultimately held by BNP Paribas SA (EPA: BNP), a multinational universal bank and financial services holding company headquartered in France. Founded in 1968, BNPAM Singapore provides investment management services for both institutional and retail clients in Asia-Pacific.

Fortis Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd. (FIMSL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FIM-Fortis Investment Management, following the integration of the asset management activities of ABN AMRO Asset Management. In 2007, ABN AMRO was acquired by a consortium formed by Fortis, RBS and Santander. FIM, which is headquartered in Belgium with a global network of branches in the US, Europe and Asia, is a subsidiary of Fortis Bank SA/NV, in turn majority-owned by the French group BNP Paribas (XP: BNP). Located in Singapore, FIMSL is the specialist center for managing Asian fixed-income and money market investments for institutional, corporate and private clients globally. They are the investment manager for a number of funds.
