myContactCard, Inc., formerly Jamaica Jim, Inc., through its operating subsidiary, MCCard, Inc., is engaged in the business of selling customized e-mail signatures. The Company provides a Web-based subscription e-mail signature service applicable to over 1.2 billion e-mail users and compliments over five billion Websites. On June 8, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of myContactCard, Inc. (MCC), pursuant to an agreement and plan of merger by and among the Company, MCC and a merger subsidiary of the Company (Merger Sub), providing for the merger of Merger Sub and MCC, with the Merger Sub renamed MCCard, Inc. being the surviving company as the Company's wholly owned subsidiary. Prior to the merger, the Company was a shell company.
