JOJO Limited, formerly Madhuveer Com 18 Network Limited, is an India-based company that is engaged in the business of entertainment, producing, buying and selling of films, and event management. It produces, buys, sells, imports, exports or otherwise deals in cinematographic films, television films, video films and video cassettes. It establishes, purchases, takes on lease or hires or otherwise acquires and maintains and sells and gives on lease or hires studios, laboratories, cinemas, picture places, halls, theaters and others for production, processing and printing of films. It carries on the business of exhibiting and distributing cinematographic films, television films, video films and acquiring or selling rights therein and acting as a manufacturer, distributor, purchaser and seller of all kinds of films to produce and distribute motion pictures and to act as distributor and exhibitor of motion pictures produced by other companies.
