Thomas Ho

Thomas is the Chief Talent Officer at Quantum.
He leads the human capital solutions strategy and is responsible for recruitment, performance management, DE&I, learning and development, culture, human resources and executive coaching for Quantum and its strategies.
Thomas brings over 20 years of finance, executive search and leadership assessment experience, most recently as Partner and Head of Americas Energy for Heidrick and Struggles.
Prior to his corporate career, Thomas was a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour.
Thomas obtained a B.A.
in Economics from Rice University graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
