Dr. Tensay H.
Meles is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The Economic & Social Research Institute.
Prior to joining ESRI, He was a postdoc at UCD School of Economics & UCD Energy Institute.
He obtained his PhD in Economics from the University of Gothenburg (Sweden).
In addition, he holds MPhil in Environmental and Development Economics from the University of Oslo (Norway) and BA in Economics from Mekelle University (Tigray).
