A native of Waterloo, Ontario, Ms. Noble joined Export Development Canada (EDC) in 1977.
From August 1995 to 2000, Ms. Noble was Vice-President of the Engineering and Professional Services Team, responsible for providing financial support to Canadian exporters and investors in the power, mining, infrastructure and services industries.
In June 2000, she headed up Structured Finance, specializing in the fields of project financing and political risk insurance.
Ms. Noble has an undergraduate degree in Science in Language (French and Spanish) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
