Ryan completed his Bachelor of Commerce Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Honours at the University of Pretoria.
Ryan then spent three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their banking and capital markets division, working with clients in the private equity, banking and asset management industries and qualifying as a South African Chartered Accountant.
Ryan joined Phatisa in 2017 as part of the investment team and has been involved in all aspects of the transaction process in several successful new deals and exits.
