Roger Dowd is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Decision Biomarkers, Inc. Prior to joining Decision Biomarkers, he was appointed as General Manager of the Life Sciences Business Unit for General Scanning, Inc. in 1985.
He has more than 20 years of product and business development experience in the laser scanning, life science, and medical industries.
Mr. Dowd received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
