Mr. Richard Knight is Head of Business Development at Pine River Capital Management LP.
Prior to joining Pine River in 2011, Mr. Knight was a Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at King Street Capital Management, from 2006 to 2011.
From 1994 to 2006, he was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he held a number of senior positions in investment banking and capital markets, including Head of Transaction Development and Head of European Leveraged Finance.
He started his career at Credit Suisse in 1989 where he was a member of the Global Banking and Structured Finance groups.
Mr. Knight received a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Bath in 1988.
