Mr. Neil Marcovitz is Vice President-Tax at Northleaf Capital Partners Ltd. since November 2009.
Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital Private Equity Investors, in 2009, he was a senior manager in the U.S tax group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Toronto, where he advised Canadian businesses on investing and operating in the United States.
Since 1999, he held similar roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte and Touche in Toronto, and also for four years in London, U.K.
where many of his clients were in the private equity industry.
Mr. Marcovitz received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, with Distinction, from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Queen's University.
