Mr. Michael S.
Bolar, CFA, is a Chief Investment Officer & Senior Portfolio Manager at Stoker Ostler Wealth Advisors, Inc. He is a member of the Stoker Ostler executive committee, guiding the long and short-term direction of the firm.
He works closely with clients to identify individual financial goals and develop a portfolio strategy that will help achieve those goals.
He offers a depth of experience in financial planning and money management, with sensitivity to income and liquidity needs, tax consequences and risk tolerance for clients.
He is the chairman of the the firm's investment committee, which sets investment policies and portfolio strategies.
He joined the firm in 2003 with nearly three decades of experience as a team member responsible for the management of an equity mutual fund with more than $1 billion in assets.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wichita State University.
Mr. Bolar has a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Financial Planner.
He is a current member and past president of the Phoenix Society of Financial Analysts and is a member of the CFA Institute.
He also served as board member for the City of Phoenix Deferred Compensation Plan Trust.
