ATR Asset Management, Inc. (ATRAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Philippines-based ATRAM Trust Corp., which is ultimately held by Malayan Banking Bhd. (KLSE: MAYBANK) in Malaysia. The firm was founded in 1995 as the Mutual Fund Management Co. of The Philippines, Inc. (MFMCP). They became ATR KimEng Asset Management, Inc. in 2009 and ATR Asset Management, Inc. in 2016. Headquartered in Makati, ATRAM provides investment solutions to both institutional and retail clients through mutual funds, unit investment trust funds, and segregated portfolios.

(INGIM-HK) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of ING Insurance International B.V., ultimately owned by ING Groep NV (NYSE: ING). INGIM was founded in 1994 and provides asset management services to institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, fund distributors, foundations, high net-worth individuals and retail customers. They manage a range of global and regional investment products covering all asset classes. INGIM-HK was incorporated in 1997 and is the head office for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for Asian and Australasian products. The firm coordinates activities and reports to the parent group for offices in Singapore, India, Japan, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand, Malaysia, as well as joint ventures in Thailand, Taiwan and Korea. INGIM-HK services Asian institutions, governments, and private individuals, offering active investment management capabilities and a range of mutual funds.
