Prior to joining Sun Capital in 2007, Mr. Donahoe has held senior financial leadership positions with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Shoney’s Restaurants, Hardee’s Food Systems, Sambo’s, and Chart House, as well as with Perkins Restaurants and Bakery as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2005.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and is a CPA.
