Michael J. Wilson

Michael Wilson has over twenty years of private equity experience.
Most recently, he was the CFO for River Branch Capital a boutique investment bank focused on the financial institutions.
River Branch was acquired by Piper Jaffray Company.
Prior to that, he spent 19 years with Madison Dearborn Partners where he served as MDP’s CFO.
Prior to joining Madison Dearborn, Michael served in various financial management roles within the First National Bank of Chicago’s Merchant Banking Group and First Chicago Venture Capital.
Previously, He was a bank holding company examiner with The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and managed real estate investments for The MacArthur Foundation.
Mr. Wilson is a board member of the Midwest Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association and has a BS and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
