Juanita M.
Romans is the founder of The Romans Group LLC, which was founded in 2011.
She held the title of President from 2011 to 2012.
Ms. Romans currently holds the position of Chairman-Executive Committee at the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is also a Member of the Texas Association of Public & Non-Profit Hospitals.
In her former positions, Ms. Romans served as the Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Hermann Health System from 2003 to 2006, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center from 2006 to 2010.
She was also a Director at Ovintiv Exploration, Inc., Rice University, Center for Houston's Future, Inc., The Good Samaritan Foundation, South Main Center Association, Children’s Assessment Center, Save our ERs, and a Member of VHA, Inc., Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, and Texas Hospital Association.
Additionally, she was a Member of the Greater Houston Partnership Inc. and a Trustee of the Houston Ballet Foundation.
From 2012 to 2013, she served as the Managing Principal of MFR Healthcare Solutions, Inc. and is a Member of Texas Executive Women.
Ms. Romans received a graduate degree from Wayne State University (Michigan) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy.
