Profile
Prior to joining Wafra in 2004, Mr. Shapiro worked as an associate at DRA Advisors where he performed financial analysis of properties for their dispositions group.
He has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, performing due diligence and site inspections for property acquisitions, as well as underwriting loans for major investment banks.
Mr. Shapiro received his BA from the University of Michigan and is currently a candidate for the Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
