John C. Reece

John C.
Reece served as a Director of Peerless Systems Corp.
until June 12, 2008.
He is a Director of Exponential Storage, Inc. and a fellow of the Ponemon Institute and serves on Oakley Network's and Applied Identity, Inc.'s advisory boards.
Mr. Reece is a Founder of John C.
Reece and Associates LLC and has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1999.
Previously, he was Deputy Commissioner for Modernization and Chief Information Officer of the Internal Revenue Service.
Prior to joining IRS, Mr. Reece was Vice President of Information Technology of Time Warner, Inc. He was Managing Partner of Booz Allen & Hamilton.
Previously, Mr. Reece served on executive advisory boards of AT&T, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Bristol Myers-Squibb.
He received a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
