Jeff Stark

Previously, Mr. Stark was a Managing Director at Tyco Telecommunications for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
During that time, Mr. Stark assisted with developing multiple new submarine cable systems for Africa.
For the past 15 years, Mr. Stark held positions of senior management responsibility in the Information, Communications and Technology sector of Pacific Century Cyber Works-Beyond the Network, Teleglobe and Global TeleSystems.
From 1992-96, Mr. Stark lived and worked in Russia while building fiber optic systems, voice services and data networks in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Mr. Stark received his B. S.
in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an Executive M.
B. A. from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
