James L. Lambert

James L.
Lambert has served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since August 2004.
From August 2000 to August 2004 Mr. Lambert served as Director and the President, Chief Operating Officer and sole Chief Executive Officer.
Since August 1999, he has also served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer.
A founder of Artecon, Mr. Lambert served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Artecon from its inception in 1984 until the merger of Box Hill Systsems Corp.
and Artecon in August 1999.
Mr. Lambert currently serves as a director of the Nordic Group of Companies, a group of privately held companies.
He is also a member of World Presidents Organization.
Mr. Lambert holds a B.S.
and an M.S.
in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Mr. Lambert is William R.
Sauey's son-in-law.
