Gary M. Banks

Mr. Banks was a Director of Documentum, Inc., an enterprise content management company, from March 1998 to December 2003 and Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Sithe Energies, an electricity generation trading company, from October 1999 to May 2000.
From August 1998 to July 1999, Mr. Banks was Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Xerox Corporation, a manufacturing company.
From June 1992 to July 1998, he was a Director MIS for the agricultural division of Monsanto Inc., a life sciences company.
Before joining Monsanto, Mr. Banks spent 15 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, a pharmaceutical company.
He is a Director of TriMas Corporation.
