G. Kingsley Ward

Ward is Founder at VRG Capital Corp.
He founded VRG Capital in 1982.
With over 40 years of experience building successful companies, Mr. Ward serves as Chairman of Clarus Securities Holdings, an institutional investment dealer and holds a number of positions in various other private and public companies.
Previously, Mr. Ward served as a Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse and later became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
Mr. Ward was previously employed as Chairman at Clarus Securities, Inc. He also served on the board at Greenfield Financial Group, Inc. and PLM Group Ltd. Mr. Ward is committed to community involvement and serves as a Director and Treasurer of the St. Michael's Hospital Foundation, a Governor of St. Andrew's College, Chairman of Queen's University Chemistry Innovation Council, and is the former Chairman of the Finance Committee and former member of the Mount Allison University Board of Regents Executive Committee.
Mr. Ward received his undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
