Profile
Mrs. Fadwa leverages ten years of experience in the venture capital industry, including more than 30 successful deals, to serve Seventure’s seed capital fund, an investment vehicle targeting French taxpayers eligible for wealth tax deduction (ISF).
After spending five years working in R&D and business development at the Ecole Polytechnique’s PMI laboratory (plasma physics applied to ITER), Mrs. Sube joined the French Agency for Innovation – ANVAR, now called Oséo-Anvar – to support and fund innovative French SMEs.
Her work there included the development of a “practice early stage” in innovation.
She also worked on new ways to bring research and industry closer together in France, and participated in the launch of French regulated mutual funds investing in innovative companies (FCPIs).
In 2000, she subsequently became part of NetsCapital, an investment bank specialising in the ICT sector.
In January 2003, she co-founded Optiva Capital, a company specialising in fundraising, M&A, and active support for innovative businesses.
Mrs. Sube holds a PhD in plasma physics (with research applied to ITER) from the Ecole Polytechnique (Orsay, France).
