David joined BGF in February 2011 to help set up the risk and compliance function and arrange for the company’s regulatory authorisation before taking a permanent role in Edinburgh heading up the risk and compliance team.
David’s role also encompasses corporate governance and he fulfils the role Company Secretary.
Prior to BGF David worked for Bank of Scotland Corporate for over five years primarily as an equity risk manager.
David also previously worked within the Bank’s growth equity and equity asset management teams.
David has a BA (Hons) in Finance and Management Science from Strathclyde University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
