David Cunningham

Mr. David Cunningham is a Partner at Pegasus.
He joined Pegasus in 2000.
He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee, Investment Committee and co-chair's the Energy Committee.
He has over 13 years of private equity investing and investment banking experience.
Since joining Pegasus, Mr. Cunningham has led acquisitions, overseen growth and consummated realizations across all four of Pegasus’ funds.
Most recently, Mr. Cunningham has been primarily focused on iGPS Company, Spirit Music Group and the natural and organic protein and pet food businesses of Hain Pure Protein and Halo Purely for Pets.
Mr. Cunningham currently serves on the boards of iGPS Company, Empire Kosher Poultry, Halo Purely for Pets, Spirit Music Group and is co-Chairman of Hain Pure Protein.
Past investments in which he has been highly involved in include American Wholesale Insurance Company, Genesis Worldwide, and Overwatch Systems.
Prior to Pegasus, he worked in the Leveraged Finance group of CIBC World Markets.
Mr. Cunningham graduated from Tufts University where he currently serves on the Board of Overseers.
