Craig S. Cook

Mr. Cook is a Co-Founder and Director of KC Capital, a corporate finance boutique located in London.
With KC Capital and previously as a Senior Investment Banker and Co-Head of the Technology Team at HSBC, Mr. Cook has been a principal advisor on numerous cross border M&A transactions in the telecommunications, technology and natural resource sectors.
Prior to HSBC, Mr. Cook developed his corporate finance and cross border skill sets with firms like Gordon Capital Corporation (Toronto) and CIBC World Markets.
Mr. Cook began his career after Law School as a Corporate and Taxation Attorney for Goodman and Goodman in Toronto.
