Mr. Vartanian joined Sun Capital Partners in 2008, having served for three years as an Investment Banking Analyst with Lehman Brothers in Los Angeles and Citigroup in New York.
He was involved with the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity offerings across various industries.
Mr. Vartanian received a Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
