In addition to her role with BIA, Ms. Bingaman is Founder of VALOR Telecom.
She was Chief Executive Officer of VALOR Telecommunications from September 1999 to January 2002 and Chairman from September 1999 to February 2005.
Prior to founding VALOR Telecom, she was President of the Local Services Division of LCI International, Inc. from January 1997 to June 1998.
Prior to joining LCI International, she was Assistant Attorney General and Head of the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice from June 1993 to October 1996.
She has been a Director of Lear Corp.
since February 2004.
Ms. Bingaman received her BA and LLB degrees from Stanford.
