The principal activities include investment holding, property development, civil engineering and building contractor, piling and civil engineering contractor, civil technical design, and construction of civil and building works, concession operator, asset and facilities management services, management and operation of motor vehicles parking facilities, contracting, and supplying of building materials and construction of sewage conveyance system. Its segments include engineering and construction; property and development; asset facility management, and investment. The engineering and construction segment includes the projects in Indonesia, Middle East, and Malaysia. The property and development segment includes rental income and car park income. The asset facility management segment offers asset management services.
