YAMAURA CORPORATION is a construction company. The Company operates in three business segments. The Construction segment is involved in the newly building, extension and reconstruction of private offices, factories and shops, the construction of housing and condominiums, and the public building construction works. The segment is also engaged in the general civil engineering works, bridge works, snow shelter works, as well as pavement, landscaping and water supply works. The Engineering segment designs, manufactures, installs and maintains automatic controlling equipment, information and communications equipment, water management equipment, industrial machinery, bridge superstructures and high-speed dryers. The Development and Others segment is engaged in the sale and leasing of real estate, the development of building lands, as well as the condominium business, among others.
