Wolfden Resources Corporation is a Canada-based exploration and development company focused on metallic mineral deposits including precious, base, and critical metals. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Pickett Mountain Property, located in Penobscot County, northern Maine, the United States of America. It executed an option agreement to earn up 75% interest approximately 1,054 hectares (ha) Rockland Property in the Walker Lane Trend of Nevada, the United States of America, located south of Yerington. The Tetagouche property comprises over 16,000 ha within the Bathurst Mining Camp in northeastern New Brunswick. It also acquired Brunswick No. 6 West property and Orvan Brook Property by claim staking. Its 100% owned Rice Island nickel-copper deposit situated on the Rice Island property, is in west-central Manitoba at Wekusko Lake. The 100%-owned Nickel Island property comprises over 6,041 ha and consists of four mineral claims. Clarence Stream property is under an option agreement.
