Wireless Matrix Corporation (Wireless Matrix) is engaged in the fleet management industry providing its customers an enterprise-class solution to manage and execute business-critical operations. The Company's solutions provide satellite data communications and location intelligence for managing, measuring and monitoring service execution. Wireless Matrix solution set is an end-to-end solution, including Software-as-a-Service management software, wireless data communications over cellular and satellite networks and related connectivity devices. The Wireless Matrix solution suite includes FleetOutlook, a Web-based platform providing fleet operators visibility of their operations. In March 2013, CalAmp Corp completed the acquisition of the operations of the Company. On March 21, 2013, the Company has ceased to carry on business except to the extent necessary for its liquidation.
