WHA Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust Stock

WHA Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. The Trust’s objective is to use funds from the offerings (including borrowing) after deducting all expenses, to invest in property leasehold rights and moveable property generating benefits from such properties in which the Trust invests, relevant services or other processes for the benefit of the property and create the revenue and return to the Trust and the unitholders. This includes direct or indirect investment in other assets, and/or other securities and/or seeking other interests by other means as stipulated in the Trust deed, securities laws or other relevant laws. The Trust’s properties include industrial estates and logistics parks. It is managed by WHA Industrial REIT Management Company Limited, SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Trustee of the Trust, and WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited acts as the Property Manager of the Trust.
