Westbury plc is a United Kingdom-based housebuilding company that operates in approximately 40 counties in England and Wales. The Companies subsidiaries are Space4, a manufacturing facility located in Castle Bromwich, produces precision-engineered structurally insulated panels to enhance the speed and quality of the build process, by using a patented technology for the injection of high-performance insulation into sealed, kiln-dried timber frame panels. Packaged as a house type, wall panels and floor cassettes are delivered to site for assembly, and Incresco, a financial services subsidiary, offers customers a range of over 4,000 mortgage products and a wide range of protection insurance, loans and credit card options. In March 2004, Westbury plc and Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking, a part of HBOS plc, announced a joint venture. The joint venture company, Wescott Holdings Ltd, operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries.
