Volta Resources Inc is a Canada-based company, which focuses on identification, acquisition and exploration of gold-rich properties in West Africa. The Company has a portfolio of approximately 30 properties in Ghana and Burkina Faso. It holds interest in Cluster Property, which is located approximately 30 kilometers north of Wenchi in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana; Tinga Prospecting License, which is located near the village of Tinga; Chenchu Prospecting License, which is located in west central Ghana within the Brong Ahafo Region, and Parabu Property, which is located approximately 10 kilometers due north of regional field camp at Nsawkaw town. It also holds interest in the Kampti property, which is located in southernmost Burkina Faso, close to the border with Ivory Coast. The project includes Kampti III, which covers approximately 250 square kilometers. It holds interest in the Gaoua project, which covers approximately 691.5 square kilometers within the Boromo greenstone belt.
