Connections Vipom AD

Vipom AD is a Bulgaria-based company that is principally engaged in the industrial machinery and equipment industry. The Company produces centrifugal double suction pumps, multi and single stage pumps, chemical pumps, diesel fuel pumps, centrifugal vertical pumps, hot water pumps, sewage pumps, submersible pumps, dewatering pumps, shipping pumps, feed pumps, self priming pumps, mono phase pumping units, rotational pumps, and vacuum pumps. It also designs and manufactures micro hydro-electric plants with up to 500 kilowatts (kw) capacity and industrial and decorative cast-iron founding with up to 2000 kilograms (kg) weight. The Company sells its products domestically, as well as abroad in the Russian Federation, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Ukraine and others. Vipom AD Vidin has one wholly owned subsidiary, Vipom OOO. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Pandects Company Limited with a stake of 49%.
