Green Tech Ventures Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based holding company. The Company is primarily engaged in the electricity generation, property development and cryptocurrency mining business. Its segments include Electricity generating, Property development, Investment in economic crops, and Digital asset. The Company, through its subsidiary, Parabolic Solar Power Co., Ltd., has a power purchase agreement (PPA) for over four ground-mounted solar power generation projects, including four projects with a total capacity of 12.95 megawatts (MW) in Thailand and 46.7 MW in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It develops real estate for development and allocation for sale, namely the Pino Hill Project, four vacant land plots with a total area of 114.213 rai located in Pak Chong Subdistrict, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province and five vacant plots with a total area of 18-3-72.2 rai located at Khok Kloi Subdistrict, Takua Thung District.
